Cookieless Playbook

The end of cookie-based advertising was coming to an end, with Google announcing they were retiring support for third-party cookies by end of 2024. GumGum launched an awareness campaign to convince prospective clients to leverage new solutions, this campaign was called The Cookieless Playbook. To help it stand out, make it more interesting and aid in understanding, I came up with the idea of themeing it around video games. This tied in with GumGum’s shift to nostalgia-based branding/theming and allowed it to feel at home with our other branding efforts.
